Shohada Committee Shikarpur Demands Justice For Their Victims

Shohada Committee of Shikarpur incident on Thursday criticized Sindh government as it failed to fulfilled all promises made with the grieve families of the martyrs of Shikarpur Mosque Blast.

They said that Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah failed to notice that matter.

Addressing the press conference at Karachi press club, Shohada Committee of Shikarpur Chairman Maulana Maqsood Ali Domki said that the chief minister forgot his promises made with the heirs of the martyrs.

The members of Shohada Committee of Shikarpur Maulana Sikandar Ali and heirs of the martyrs of Shikarpur blast were also present in the press conference.

Maulana Maqsood Domki, who is also the central deputy political secretary of MWM, said that Government and law enforcement agencies have assured us to bust the entire group involved in the blast in Shikarpur mosque but only 4 terrorists were apprehended by the government and the list provided the by committee of terrorists not detained yet.

He demanded of the Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah and law enforcement agencies to immediately arrest the terrorists involved in the Shikarpur blast and other incidents of Shia target killings in Sindh province saying that the the Government and LEA showed leniency towards killers that may further strengthen the network of terrorists.

Maulana Maqsood Domki said that the chief minister had assured the committee about the provision of the arm licenses to all Shia notables, mosques, Imambargahs and shrines for self-protection; despite all such promises the licenses have not been issues yet.

“This is the responsibility of every person living in the province to protect this land from the menace of extremism, he said and adding that the banned outfits setup their cells and training camps in Sindh.

Maulana Maqsood Domki demanded of the chief minister Sindh to compensate families of martyred the injured of Shikarpur as he announced earlier.
