KARACHI – A decree (Fatwa) issued by Mufti Naeem, the head of extremist takfiri clerics (Mullah) in Pakistan, is being declared responsible for the bus incident of Karachi, in which 45 Shia Ismaili were killed.

Responding to the incident, the citizens have criticized the attack on innocent citizens, and demanded of the government to arrest those clerics who issued decrees against the people of other sects of Islam.

Mufti Naeem and his teams of takfiri clerics had issued a decree earlier, declaring that Shia Ismailis and Bhoris are infidel due to their ideology about Islam. Before this incident, the takfiri terrorists carried out a fatal bomb attack on Bhoris praying at their mosque. Wahhabi clerics, including Mufti Naeem, have issued various decrees against Shia Muslims and declared them infidel. According to reports, these terrorists, following these decrees, have killed more than 1000 Shia Muslims during the last two years in Pakistan.

A higher official of the police department, on a condition of anonymity, told Shiite News that the banned fakfiri outfits, including Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, ASWJ, Taliban, Ansarullah, Jundullah, Lashkar-e-Islam etc, targeted Shia Muslims in Pakistan. He said that these terrorists are being financed from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE and some western countries.
Mufti Naeem of Jamia Binoria like clerics and their seminaries are considered decree-making factories. Recently, Mufti Naeem has declared the Federal Information Minister Pervaiz

Rasheed infidel for his anti-seminary remarks. Mufti Naeem has openly threatened the state official saying he is a blasphemer and a non-Muslim
These decrees stimulate militants towards more killings and terrorist activities. However, the government seems failed to mute these extremists’ channels issuing decrees against the innocent citizens.

It is pertinent to mention here that Saudi Arab-funded takfiri terrorists on Wednesday morning killed at least 45 members of Shia Ismaili community and injured dozens in a brutal attack on bus near Safoora Chowk Karachi.

The armed men used 9mm pistols in the massacre. The attackers managed to successfully flee after the attack.
