Shia lawyer escapes unhurt, brother-in-law injured in targeted attack

A Shia lawyer escaped unhurt while his brother-in-law was injured in a targeted attack on their car in Garden area of district south of Karachi on Monday.
Farhat Hussain Naqvi, former joint secretary of Karachi Bar Association was going from his house to the Court. His brother-in-law Nasir Hussain Rizvi was accompanying him.

Takfiri nasbi terrorists of banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi/Sipah-e-Sahaba attacked them in Garden area. Due to terrorists firing, Nasir Rizvi was wounded. He was rushed to hospital for treatment.

Karachi Bar Association’s President Mehmood ul Hassan has condemned the attack and on his appeal, the courts proceedings were boycotted as a token of protest.
