Takfiri suicide bomber attacks citizens in Kurram Agency: one killed, three injured

PESHAWAR – Takfiri terrorists have once again attacked and killed innocent citizens in Alizai area of Kurram Agency.

According to reports, one person was reported dead while three sustained injuries when an exchange of fire was followed by a suicide blast outside a high-school football ground in Alizai area of Kurram Agency.

According to details, two suicide attackers tried to enter the Alizai High School premises where the football match was being played when they were intercepted by security officials, after which, an exchange of fire took place between them.

One attacker was shot dead by security officials, while the other assailant managed to blow himself up.

At the time of the attack, there were more than 100 people present at the school ground.

A person identified as Siraj Hussain was reportedly killed, while three others were injured in the attack.

Panic struck the blast site soon after the attack, while a state of emergency was ordered at hospitals in Kurram Agency.

Following the incident, a large contingent of security forces reached the site and cordoned off the area.
