Mohsin Naqvi Shaheed case: ‘Murder of Justice’ once again in Pakistan

Shiite News: Once again, the justice was murdered in Pakistan, the bad news has come out in the murder case of Shaheed Mohsin Naqvi.

A new twist has come in the 26-year-old murder case of Pakistan’s renowned poet and Zakir Ahlul Bayt Mohsin Naqvi.

The court accepted the bail application of accused Ajmal alias Akram Lahori. The court ordered the release of the accused on a surety bond of Rs 5 lac.

Judge Muhammad Arshad Javed of Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore pronounced the verdict. Accused Ajmal alias Akram Lahori was imprisoned for 16 years in other murder cases.

On the basis of the release of other co-accused, Akram Lahore has also been granted bail.

Tragically, the record of this 26-year-old case also disappeared. On the order of the court, the police took copies of the records and compiled a new record.

According to the prosecution, the accused Ajmal alias Akram Lahori had killed the famous poet Mohsin Naqvi in Lahore in 1996.

Iqbal Town police station registered a case against the accused Ajmal in 1996. Mohsin Naqvi murder case was investigated by senior officers of CTD. The accused had filed a bail application from the jail through a lawyer.
