SUC to expedite campaign for first Rabi ul Awwal program

Shiite News: In order to implement the declaration of the Islamabad Conference, an emergency meeting was held under the chairmanship of the head of the coordination committee, Sheikh Mirza Ali, in the provincial office of Gilgit.

A large number of scholars and workers participated in the meeting, it was decided to respond to the announcement of the Ulema-o-Zakireen Conference

Since the establishment of Pakistan and the announcement of the annexation of the region to Pakistan, all groups have offered their services for the country’s stability, but for a long time, one group has been fueling sectarianism in the country and promoting prejudices, which is worrying for the country.

In such a situation, instead of reining in the sectarian elements, a vigorous campaign to strengthen them is going on at the official level, an example of which is the introduction of the Criminal Act Amendment Bill in the current year in a suspicious and secret way in the Parliament for approval, which is in violation of the Constitution of Pakistan and international law.

Describing the controversial amendment bill as a deep conspiracy against the country, the meeting also decided to speed up the public communication campaign at the level of Gilgit-Baltistan, organize gatherings and conferences to take further steps to implement the central declaration of Rabi Awwal.

Before the approval of the amendment bill, the meeting expressed strong concern over the Jaranwala incident and condemned the unsuccessful attempt to influence the administration and make baseless allegations against the president of Anjuman Imamia Baltistan.
