Pakistani forces killed 22 takfiri terrorists in an airstrike in N.Waziristan

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Air Force targeted hideouts of terrorists in North Waziristan Agency (NWA), killing 22 takfiri terrorists on Wednesday, ISPR confirmed.
Pakistan’s military has launched an offensive in NWA tribal region codenamed Operation Zarb-i-Azb in June last year.
Pakistan Air Force jet fighters pounded hideouts of terrorists in tehsil Dattakhel of North Waziristan region.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), 22 takfiri terrorists were killed in the attack. A cache of arms and weapons was also destroyed in the attack.
In another incident, the militants attacked a security forces check-post injuring seven soldiers.
The militants fired rockets at Khajoori checkpost in South Waziristan tribal area in which seven soldiers were injured, security sources said.
The military in the counter attack killed eight militants including a key commander.
