One martyred & 19 injured in a planted bomb targets al-Quds rally bus in Karachi

One participant of Al-Quds rally martyred and 19 others injured in a powerful planted explosion hit a bus of Karachi University Students went to attend the central Al-Quds Rally in Pakistan’s financial capital Karachi.

According to police, a passenger coach carrying at least 60 Students were going to M.A.Jinnah Road to attend the central procession of Al-Quds rally in Karachi, when a powerful blast took place near it in Safaria Park Main University Road of Karachi.

Eyewitnesses said that it was a planted roadside bomb targeted the bus carrying the participants of Imamia Students Organization (ISO) Central Al-Quds. The injured were shifted to local hospital. Some of the injured are in critical situation.

Official sources said explosive was thrown by the terrorists however; eyewitness said that the explosion was caused by planted device fixed on the roadside.
