Shiite News: The court has dismissed the case registered for taking out a procession on Youm-e-Ali (A.S) in Quetta two years ago.

According to the details, in the year 2020, due to the restrictions of Corona virus, the government and administration tried to stop the procession of Youm-e-Ali (A.S).

Despite the ban, the azadars (mourners) of Hazara Town of Quetta took out a procession on Youm-e-Ali (AS), on which a case was registered against some of the mourners by the administration.

Today the court delivered its final verdict and dismissed the alleged case and acquitted the persons named in the FIR. Advocate Mehmood Kazmi, Advocate Saleem Akhtar and Advocate Liaqat Hazara were following the case.
