Proscribed ASWJ ringleaders are free but Ghulam Raza Naqvi is detained

.After having spent over 18 years behind the bars without any conviction, Ghulam Raza Naqvi once again has been put behind the bars, but neither Federal Government of the PMLN nor Punjab government has any “proof” of terrorism, hate-speeches and violent extremism of proscribed ASWJ (aka Sipah-e-Sahaba and LeJ)! Islamabad’s Secretariat Police that was attacked by ASWJ terrorists registered a FIR on February 15, 2015 against ASWJ’s head Ludhianvi and many other perpetrators and abettors.

Proscribed ASWJ’s terrorists gathered at main building of Supreme Court, the apex court of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Court rooms where the hearings of cases for justice are heard have portraits of founder of Pakistan Mohammad Ali Jinnah hung on the walls. Similar is the decorum of President House, Prime Minister House, Government Secretariat and army offices. But, ASWJ says Mohammad Ali Jinnah was an idolator/infidel/heathen because he was a Shia Muslim who the ASWJ detest.

Neither federal government nor Punjab government barred the movement of Ludhianvi and other ringleaders of ASWJ despite the fact that it was proscribed by the Federal Interior Ministry’s National Crisis Management Cell. Irfan Siddiqui, top advisor to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, accorded due respect to Ludhianvi and held meeting with Ludhianvi and Islamabad Police officials were present at the meeting. The FIR of Secretariat Police said that ASWJ chanted slogans of Shia Kafir that means all Shia despite the fact that Holy Quran says Abraham (AS) was a Shiite of Noah (AS) and this is blasphemy of God’s apostle and Prophet. This is also a blasphemy of founder of Pakistan Jinnah.

But, government considered Ghulam Raza Naqvi poses threat to law and order despite the fact that he doesn’t enjoy enough physical support to breach peace. Shia Muslims respect him because of his unjustifiable detention for 18 years. So, Government seems to pose itself as having proof as reasons to do so. But, government doesn’t have any proof despite many FIRs by Islamabad and Punjab police against the proscribed ASWJ renamed version of banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Sipah-e-Sahaba.
Malik Ishaq is co-founder of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and publicly claimed responsibility for the genocide against Shia Muslims. Ahmed Ludhianvi is president of the ASWJ and Malik Ishaq is his vice president. Despite local/national pressure and international pressure against the notorious terrorist outfit ASWJ/LeJ/Sipah-e-Sahaba, their notorious ringleaders enjoy full official protocol in the name of security by the federal and provincial governments. Punjab is headquarter of Punjabi Taliban that attacked General Headquarters (GHQ) of Pakistan Army in Rawalpindi. ASWJ and affiliates are parts of Punjabi Taliban.

FIR against majority Sunni Bralevis was registered for holding a Milad Conference in Attock. Sunni Bralevis pay homage to Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), last apostle and Prophet of God, commemorating his birth anniversary. They too were attacked by proscribed ASWJ/Taliban of Punjab but action was not taken against the Deobandi takfiris of ASWJ/Taliban and their affiliates. Sunni Bralevi clerics were booked for Milad Conference in a country that is Bralevi-majority country but minority Deobandis have become behind the scene rulers of Pakistan through palace plots.

Ghulam Raza Naqvi is prisoner conscience because he spent 18 years behind the bars without any conviction in any case that were framed to victimize his voice against Deobandi terrorists of banned Sipah-e-Sahaba and LeJ that now renamed it as ASWJ. Justice delayed is said to justice denied and Ghulam Raza was always denied justice by the Courts who fail to punish the takfiri violators of Pakistani and Islamic Constitution. Where are the human rights organisations and why they don’t voice their protest against Deobandi terrorists and those rulers who virtually made Pakistan an undeclared Deobandi-Wahhabi State against the ideals of Mohammad Ali Jinnah?
