Shia community faces 1437 violent attacks in 57 years, Report

Shiite News: A report has appeared on a private website that reveals the number of attacks was made on minorities in Pakistan during 57 years.

According to the website, www.violenceregisterpk.com cites that the Shia community of Pakistan is found at the top of the list with 1437 attacks from 1963 to 2020, while Christians are second with 303, Ahmedias are 3rd with 230 and Hindus are 4th with 200 attacks. This ratio shows that the Shia community bore 88 percent of total attacks.

In the 1437 attacks Shia community lost 13336 precious lives, 52 religious rituals were attacked in which 624 people were martyred and 1019 wounded. 113 bomb attacks martyred 1580 Shia people and injured 3432.
