mubarak-ali-musviAgha Syed Mubarak Ali Mousavi, incharge martyr affairs of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen and president of Ulema-e-Imamia Lahore has said that rumours against the MWM leaders are rife after successive victories of the MWM.
He said that sometimes it is said that Allama Hassan Zafar Naqvi has quit the MWM and sometimes it is said that Kuwait based representative of Wali-e-Faqih has forbidden Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri and Allama Hasan Zafar Naqvi not to say anything about a particular person.

Agha Mubarak said that on confirmation, it is learnt that there was no such representative of Wali-e-Faqih as being named by some quarters.

He said that MWM has been preaching unity of Muslims and Maumineen and it has never been involved in excesses. However, others have done excesses but MWM has not responded to them and tolerated all this.

“We have always respected our elders and religious scholars and we shall continue to respect them,” he said.

Mr. Mousavi said that Quran-o-Sunnat Conference will be a milestone in the history of Pakistan’s Shia Muslims and it will be a new start from July 1 conference. He said that no government could be able to ignore Shias in Pakistan.
