Mourners observe 1st Anniversary of Allama Dr. Zamir Akhtar, today

Shiite News: Renowned preacher of Islamic History and Scholar Allama Dr. Zamir Akhtar passed away a year ago and his 1st Anniversary is being observed. He died on 24th Muharram 1442 AH, 13th September 2020 in Agha Khan Hospital, Karachi after a short while illness.

Allama was one of the top class historians and versatile preacher in Pakistan who had great command on Islamic History as well as other studies. He was very fond of poetry and prose while he had also expertise regarding History of Marsya Nigari (Elegy Writing).

He was well versed to mute the opponent during debate or TV talk shows by his explicit and prompt reply. His demise was a great loss of the art of debate.
