Punjab Government arrest perpetrators of Bahawalnagar Ashura attack, Allama Asadi

Shiite News: Provincial Secretary General Allama Abdul Khaliq Asadi said that the statement of Punjab government’s spokesman in media regarding no information about Bahawalnagar Ashura attack was sufficient to understand their interest for punishing culprits.

He also pointed out that no notice had been taken yet on irresponsibility of DPO Bahawalnagar Zafar Buzdar. He also demanded Minister of Punjab Mian Shaukat Ali Lalika to fulfill his commitment of financial aid for bereaved families of Martyrs as well as injured mourners.

He added that Ashura attack was not first case of terrorism in Bahawalnagar. Before said incidence a terrorist had killed an elderly Mauzin in Shia Masjid in an axe attack, if action would have taken on said case in time, Ashura attack could be avoided.

He demanded Punjab Government and Administration to perform their duties in dignified manners and do not bother Shia Community to opt the way of any sit-in protest for their civic rights.
