Iran is expected to lead unity of Ummah, Siraj ul Haq

Shiite News: Ameer of Jamat Islami Pakistan Siraj ul Haq expressed his trust in Iran to lead for unity of Ummah in the world. He said that Maulana Maududi had strong ties with Imam Khomeini (Rehmatullah Alaih) on the basis of Islamic and Revolutionary ideology.

He expressed such views during an hour long meeting with Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Iran, Syed Muhammad Ali Hussaini. On this occasion Iranian Ambassador invited Siraj ul Haq in an international conference on Islamic Unity, divisions and disputes in Islamic World.

Discussing Afghan situation Siraj ul Haq said that the country had been bleeding for 40 years which should be stopped now to bring the life on normal routine. He further said that a great change in Taliban’s attitude was seen improved now. He added that if Pakistan and Iran would not play their due role than enemy can bring unrest in whole region.
