Nation looks for next state doctrine on regional affairs, Allama Sajid Naqvi

Shiite News: Head of Shia Ulema Council (SUC) Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi said that states leadership on regional situation especially Afghan affairs has met, now the nation is looking for new state doctrine of Pakistan in this regard.

He expressed these views during long duration National Security Committee following briefing on rapidly changing situation of the region especially after US and NATO forces withdrawal from Afghanistan.
On this occasion he added that year 2021 was very important regarding the regional situation because the said region had been subject to proxy wars since the start of 21st century, which also affected Pakistan’s diplomatic, strategic and national interests so badly.

He further said that the stand of Prime Minister, Imran Khan regarding no more involvement of Pakistan in any proxy war of foreign power has cleared Pakistan’s diplomatic narrative. In this respect neither Pakistan will give its military bases to US nor it will compromise on its relations with China. He reiterated that 8 and half hours long NSC meeting was handful discourse on regional affairs along with detailed sessions of briefing and Question and Answers but the important phase will formation of new strategy in this regard which will put far-flung impacts on regional politics.
