Sexual Misconduct with Student: A case registered against JUI leader Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman and his 4 sons
Shiite News: A case has been registered against Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman, a former Nazim of madrassa of Deoband Madrasa Manzoor-ul-Islam Lahore Cantt, former deputy ameer of JUI and close associate of Maulana Fazlur Rehman along with his four sons for abusing madrassa students.
The case against Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman and his four sons was registered on the orders of IG Punjab Inam Ghani. The case has been registered in North Cantonment police station on the complaint of Sabir Shah, a student who was subjected to unnatural offences.
The case has been registered under Section 377 of the Pakistan Penal Code and Section 506 of the Pakistan Penal Code for making death threats. The victim student in the case has taken a stand that Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman kept abusing him for 3 years.
According to the student, he informed the administration of the madrassa on which the administration has also removed Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman from the post of Nazim of the madrassa. The FIR states that the management of the madrassa was informed earlier but they did not believe him, on which victim made a video of the misconduct with the help of the student and presented it to the police officers.
The victim alleged that Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman and his four sons were threatening to kill him. After the registration of the case, the police have started raids to arrest the accused.
