Gilgit: Islamic Movement of Pakistan hosts important meeting of Milli Yekjahti Council for Interfaith Harmony Maulana Nayyar Hussain, Maulana Sharafat Velayati, Mushtaq Advocate, Dr. Abdul Aziz, Shaid Karim, Ghulam Raza, Inayatullah Mir, Tanveer Haideri, Sheikh Ali Asghar and other important personalities were among the participants. Shiite News () Under the auspices of Milli Yekjahti Council Pakistan, Islamic Movement of Pakistan Gilgit-Baltistan hosted a conference titled “Unity of Ummah and Solidarity Palestine” at a local hotel in Gilgit with the participation of local leaders of Shia Sunni Ismaili sects. The speakers stressed in their speeches to work on the unity of the Muslim Ummah and vowed to make further improvements in this regard. The speakers condemned the ongoing Israeli aggression in Palestine. The efforts of the Ittehad-e-Muslim Ummah of the Islamic Movement of Pakistan, which hosted the conference, were appreciated and the message of Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi was conveyed. Representatives of Ismaili sect were also present amongst the leaders Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, Jamiat-e-Islami, Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen. Maulana Nayyar Hussain, Maulana Sharafat Velayati, Ghulam Abbas, Mushtaq Advocate, Dr. Abdul Aziz, Shaid Karim, Ghulam Raza, Inayatullah Mir, Tanveer Haideri, Sheikh Ali Asghar and other important personalities attended the conference.
Shiite News: On the occasion of the 49th founding day of Imamia Students Organization, Central Deputy Secretary General Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Allama Syed Ahmad Iqbal Rizvi in a statement issued from Media Cell congratulated the ISO workers on their struggle to equip the country with the jewel of education. He said that Imamia Students Organization Pakistan has been the hub of religious, moral and divine training of the youth in Pakistan for the last 5 decades. It is a movement whose activists are patriotic, extremely religious and committed to fulfill their sharia and national responsibilities.
He said that Imamia Students Organization of Pakistan is a movement of revolutionary youth whose activsts have always been supporters of the oppressed and opposed to oppression. Whether the oppression is due to global arrogance or injustice in our country, the ISO widely supports the oppressed and opposes the oppressor.
