Eight Shia Muslims martyred, many injured in ASWJ blast on Imam Bargah

Rawalpindi: Eight Shia Muslims embraced martyrdom on the spot and several other Shiites were wounded when they were celebrating the birth anniversary of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), Prophet of Islam and Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (AS) in Chitian Hattian near Rawalpindi on Friday night.

Celebrations were being held at Imam Bargah Ibne Rizvi and surrounding house of martyr Aun Rizvi of the Pakistan Television when the huge explosion occurred there. It was either a bomb blast or a suicidal attack but the investigators were probing into the blast.

Outlawed ASWJ that also calls itself as Sipah-e-Sahaba and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi is a Deobandi takfiri terrorist outfit of Wahhabis-allied Taliban-affiliated fanatics who Ahmed Ludhianvi, Malik Ishaq, Masood ur Rehman Usmani, Khadim Dhillu and Muavia Azam Tariq lead. They provoked Deobandis to kill Shia Muslims and they patronized Shia genocide across Pakistan. They had assassinated Syed Aun Rizvi of the PTV and now hit Imam Bargah and relatives in Chittian Hattian.

Shia parties and leaders have condemned the bombing of an Imam Bargah by takfiris. They demanded public hanging of all the takfiris.
