40th foundation day of Imamia Students Organisation is being observed

iso pak  Members of Imamia Students Organisation are to celebrate ISO’s 40th foundation day on Tuesday May 22. The ISO was founded on May 22, 1972 in Lahore.
 The ISO has announced countrywide programmes to commemorate the foundation day. In Karachi, a programme will be held in Masjid-e-Aal-e-Aba Gulberg Town.
 
Mohammad Rizvi, President of the ISO Karachi chapter has said that services of the ISO would be narrated in the programme.
 
He said that ISO is an ideological organization that was formed to benefit Shia Muslim students and to train them to meet the challenges of the time. He said that it is ISO that has raised voice in support of the downtrodden people of the world.
 
The ISO Karachi president said that ISO also remained active in relief activities alongside its services in the field of education. He said ISO played an important role in raising awareness of people about the enemies of Islam, Muslims and of Pakistan.
 
He recalled that it is ISO that observe the last Friday of Ramazan as Quds Day and May 16 as “Down with U.S. and Israel” to express solidarity with oppressed people of Palestine.
 
He said that U.S. and Zionist regime of Israel are ideological enemies of Pakistani state. He said that ISO’s members played and are still playing key and constructive role in Pakistani society.
