UN has failed in shouldering its prime responsibility regarding human rights, says Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi.
Shia Ulema Council founder leader Allama Sajid Naqvi expressed these views in a statement on the rights related international day.

He further said that big powers who perpetrated aggression remain above the law, while United Nations looks hapless.
The SUC leader said that Kashmir and Palestine would have got justice if the UN’s resolutions and condemning statements had really carried substance.
He lamented the worst sort of violation of human rights in Kashmir (IOJK) and Palestine.

Allama Sajid further said that the United Nations observe international days on various issues.
But he made clear observance of days don’t automatically help resolving the issues. Because, that need concrete practical steps.
