Pakistan minister meets Ayatollah Bashir Najafi during Iraq visit where he had earlier visited holy shrine of Imam Hussain in Karbala.

Federal Minister for Religious Affair Pir Noorul Haq Qadri called on Ayatollah Bashir Najafi in the holy city of Najaf.

Ambassador of Pakistan to Iraq also accompanied the minister Qadri during his visit.

Pir Noorul Haq Qadri also visited under construction Pakistan House which would house Pakistani pilgrims in future.

The ambassador briefed him on the Pakistan House.
Meanwhile, Minister Qadri prayed for stability, prosperity and well-being of Pakistan at the holy shrine of Imam Hussain (AS).

During his meeting with Ayatollah Najafi, he exchanged views on the common issues which Muslim Ummah face presently.

Particularly, both sides called for strengthening intra-Ummah unity and joint efforts to overcome challenges.
