13 Shia Youths to file appeal for their release

jail-bar-shia-mazloomA local court of Khairpur Mirs has not released 13 Shia youths who the police detained for violation of section 144. Nasbi terrorist who set shops of Shia Muslims on fire has been released.
Thirteen youths were involved in holding Labbaik Ya Hussain Conference despite section 144 on April 30. The conference was being held after banned terrorist outfit Sipah-e-Sahaba’s terrorists had set many shops of Shia Muslims on fire on April 28.
 
Police remained silent spectator when the terrorists attacked Shia Muslims lives and properties. Police hadn’t taken any action against the terrorists. One Karim Marri was held but police released him.
 
Jafar Shah Advocated, a lawyer for Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen told this correspondent that he would file appeal against the local court’s verdict in the Sindh High Court Sukkur bench. He said he would leave no stone unturned till the release of innocent Shia youths.
 
On the other hand, Shia Muslims have announced they would boycott the PPP for injustices being done to Shia Muslims in the Khairpur district.
