Shia scholar escapes unhurt, guard injured in ASWJ’s terrorist attack
Well-known Shia scholar Allama Sadiq Raza Taqvi luckily escaped unhurt but his guard was injured when notorious takfiri nasbi terrorists of banned Sipah-e-Sahaba (ASWJ) ambushed their car in Gulistan-e-Johar on Tuesday night.
Proscribed ASWJ/LeJ terrorists opened firing on the car in which Allama Sadiq Raza Taqvi was boarding. They ambushed them near Met Office. The guard was outside the car so he sustained critical bullet injuries. He was rushed to a private hospital for treatment.
Shia parties and leaders have condemned the targeted attack on renowned Shia scholar who was also affiliated with the leading Shia party Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen. His brother Ali Raza Taqvi was martyred for the sake of sanctity of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), last apostle and Prophet of God, when he was part of a peaceful Sanctity of Prophet (PBUH) rally. Shia leaders demanded capital punishment to the attackers.
