Interior Minister highlights first written agreement for Hazara Shia security, which he said, incumbent government has signed.

While talking to a private news channel, Minister for Interior Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said Sunday it happened for the first time in history of Pakistan.

He said the written agreement with the Hazara Shia community aimed for addressing their issues.

Sheikh Rashid said the government would fulfill demands of Hazara community and address their issues.

While answering a query, he said he was the first one (from federal government) who went to Quetta after the tragic massacre of Hazara Shia in Machh.

Moreover, he said that enemies of the country were trying to create unrest through sectarianism.

He said the government has put major cities on high alert. He further said that the government had recently arrested terrorists from Bahara Kahu and Sargodha.

Meanwhile, Balochistan Chief Minister Kamal also assured Shia Hazara community for meeting their demands.
