Anti-Terrorism Court to sentence Lashkar-e-Jhangvi militant on Dec 15
The final decision in cases of possession of explosives and illegal weapons against Shaikh Adil Abu Zaman, a takfiri terrorist of al-Qaeda who later joined another takfiri ally of the AQ, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, will be announced by the Anti-Terrorism Court-IX on December 15.
The ATC headed by Farman Ali Kanasro heard final arguments in the case on Tuesday and reserved a verdict till next week.
Abu Zaman was arrested on October 25 last year from a house in Baloch Colony and law enforcers had recovered a substantial quantity of explosives and weapons.
Outlawed Lashkar-e-Jhangvi now works as ASWJ (renamed version of Sipah-e-Sahaba) and its terrorists carry out genocide against Shia Muslims and also claim responsibility for the massacre of innocent Shia Muslims.
