Allama Raja Nasir predicts defeat of opponents of Gilgit Baltistan rights, including its provincial status.

He expressed these views, while addressing a press conference. Allama Iqbal Behishti and other comrades accompanied him.

He slammed so-called Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) leaders who opposed provincial status of Gilgit Baltistan which the PTI government announced earlier.

Allama Raja Nasir said that PDM leaders’ speeches amounted to sprinkling salt on the wounds of people of Gilgit Baltistan.

He said Prime Minister Imran Khan has won hearts and minds of oppressed people of Gilgit Baltistan through announcing provincial status for GB.

He said MWM made electoral adjustments with Imran Khan-led PTI in GBLA election 2020 for inclusion of GB region in constitutional mainstream.

Therefore, he predicted certain defeat of the opponents of GB’s provincial status.

He also slammed PDM leaders over their anti-state narrative which he said amounted to repeating the narrative of enemies of Pakistan.

MWM leader Allama Raja Nasir accorded warm welcome in Skardu

The MWM leader said that PMLN’s narrative reflect the mindset of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while it goes against wishes of people of GB.

He condemned Indian violation of ceasefire along LOC through unprovoked firing at civilian population.

Allama Raja Nasir said the forces who want destabilized Pakistan encourage India to such violations.

Meanwhile, he also condemned brutal rape incident in Kashmore (Sindh).
