Notorious takfiri terrorists kill fellow Deobandi leader in Sukkur

Notorious takfiri nasbi terrorists of outlawed ASWJ/LeJ assassinated fellow Deobandi leader Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal ( JUIF) Khalid Mehmood Soomro in Sukkur on Saturday.

The early morning attack took place when Soomro, who was the secretary general for the Sindh chapter of the JUIF, was leaving a mosque attached to a madrassah (seminary) in Sukkur after offering Fajr prayers.

It is clear that the takfiri Deobandi terrorists were not intercepted in the stronghold of Deobandis because armed terrorists were known to the seminary’s clerics and also to Soomro himself. He misunderstood that they had come embrace him as per tradition but he was mistaken.

Originally belonging to Larkana District, Soomro was in Sukkur to participate in a conference when the attack took place in the Khosa Goth area. PPP’s electoral support in Sindh Assembly made him Senator from 2006-2012. He was also attacked at least six times prior to Saturday’s fatal one.

He left behind a widow, six sons and three daughters.

JUI-F chief Fazal Ur Rehman has escaped two fatal attacks on him in the recent years. Following the assassination of Soomro, the JUI-F chief said that the murder of his party’s secretary general was an act of terrorism.

“The government should order and ensure a thorough investigation into the attack and punish those responsible,” Fazl said.

Deobandi clerics are scared of takfiri Deobandis because of their armed attacks on the opponents of their takfiri ideology. They have to own them overtly or covertly due to fear of their attacks.
