Court of law grants bail to Yaqoob Hussaini and others in false cases which the outlawed Sipah Sahaba terrorist outfit’s thugs had filed in collusion with the police in district Badin.

The hatemongering thugs of outlawed takfiri Deobandi terror outfit Sipah Sahaba had embroiled Yaqoob Hussaini and other Shia Muslims in false cases.

They had hatched conspiracy to malign Shia Muslims and exert pressure on Shia Muslims that they must not perform their religious and cultural events.

In the other words, these sectarian thugs and their colluders in Sindh police such as DSP Khalid Rustamani (Matli) and SHO Khalid Jarwar (Ne Dumbalo Police) conspired to violate Constitutionally guaranteed rights of Shia Muslim citizens of Pakistan.

Yaqoob Hussaini of MWM and other Shia Muslims observed Moharram azadari and held mourning congregations and processions as per millennium old tradition of Shia Islam and decades-old tradition since Pakistan came into being.

Outlawed terrorist outfit Sipah Sahaba ASWJ-Lashkar Jhangvi hatched the conspiracy to stop Moharram mourning rituals.

Due to these reasons, they and their men in police booked Yaqoob Hussaini and other Shia Muslims.

Sessions Court Badin granted bail to them. However, Shia Muslims demand nullifying of such maligning cases due to the fact that it amounts to usurp Constitutionally-guaranteed rights of Shia Muslims in Pakistan.
