Punjab Joharabad City police kidnap and torture Shia mourners over majlis which they attended in reverence of Imam Hussain (AS).

Several Shia azadars participated in annual Moharram mourning congregation in Jinnah Colony Joharabad City. Ghulam Abbas son of Mohammad Nawaz hosts the majlis every year.

After that azadari procession was brought out that culminated in Shehzad Town. SHO Ijaz Malik also was present.

The biased official Abdul Rasheed alias Shida had lodged case against Shia mourners. Police kidnapped Shia mourners while they were on way to homes while boarding two rickshaws.

After that biased cops severely tortured them. Finally Other Shia mourners began protest under the leadership of Friday prayers leader Hujjatul Islam Syed Taqi Naqvi. Due to that police had to transfer 13 severely tortured Shia mourners to the hospital.

Shia Muslims complain that on the one hand, Saudis-allied hatemongering cleric and supporters of outlawed terror outfit ASWJ (Sipah Sahaba-Lashkar-e-Jhangvi) continue to perpetrate pogrom against Shia Muslims in Pakistan.

And on the other hand, police also violate Shia Muslim mourners’ fundamental rights on lame excuses.

It is relevant to add here that takfiri fanatics have sabotaged peace in Pakistan for last many decades.

In particularly, they mislead and incite others through malicious hate speeches against Shia Muslims.

Notably, ASWJ (Sipah Sahaba), mother wing of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi is mother of all terrorism in Pakistan. They perpetrated genocide against Shia Muslims and also bombed Sunni and Shia Islamic saints’ shrines all over Pakistan.

Deobandi takfiri cleric Mohammad Ahmed Ludhianvi leads Sipah Sahaba (ASWJ) (LeJ).

While defending his intolerant ideology of takfir, hatred and terror, Ludhianvi has said that a meeting of Deobandi clerics at Indian Darul Uloom Deoband seminary had decided takfir of Shias in October 1986.
