Minister urges unity to foil nefarious designs against unity of Muslims.
Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Noor-ul-Haq Qadri made this appeal, while addressing Ittehad Ummat Conference in Peshawar on Sunday afternoon.

He stressed the need for collective efforts to foil the nefarious design against the unity of Muslim Ummah.
The minister said some foreign elements are trying to destabilize the peace of Pakistan from last four decades.
Qadri also referred to corona situation.
He said Prime Minister Imran Khan devised positive policy to combat Covid-19 crises in country.
Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said Corona cases have greatly decreased in the country.
He lauded the role of Ulema during the prevailing critical Corona situation.
Moreover, he urged the public to follow SOPs on upcoming Eid ul Azha to contain the spread of Corona virus.
On July 19, Minister for Religious Affairs, Noor-ul-Haq Qadri spoke at a conference on unity of Ummah held under the aegis of Idara Minhajul Hussain Lahore.
Qadri had urged the Ulema and religious scholars to play their role and forge unity among the people.
Furthermore, he said that elements, who want to create anarchy, should not be allowed to exploit our differences.
The minister said people of Pakistan always remained successful in defeating conspiracies against the country.
Many Islamic scholars have cooperated with the government on various issues.
Notably, they cooperated in ensuring implementation of SOPs during religious gatherings and rituals.
