Over 200000 to participate in Quran wa Ahl-e-Bait (A.S.) Conference

Shiitenews_Quran_o_ahlebait_ConferenceMajlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen leaders said that more than 200,000 people will participate in Quran wa Ahl-e-Bait (A.S.) Conference on Sunday.
These views were expressed by Maulana Hassan Zafar Naqvi, spokesman of MWM and Maulana Amin Shaheedi, deputy secretary general of the MWM at a press conference.
Those others who spoke or were present were: Maulana Shaikh Hassan Salahuddin of Haiat-e-Aimma-e-Masajid wa Ulemai Imamia Pakistan, Maulana Mirza Yousuf of Shia Action Committee, Ali Raza of Imamia Students organisation, Hashim Rizvi of Imamia Organisation, Abdul Razzaq Baloch of Asgharia Organisation, Maulana Mukhtar Imami of MWM, Allama Aftab Haider Jafri and Furqan Abidi of Jafaria Alliance, MWM’s Maulana Iqbal Behishti, Maulana Aijaz Behishti, Maulana Abu Zar Mehdavi, Maulana Asghar Askari, Maulana Taqi Shirazi, Maulana Nayyar Abbas Mustafavi and Ali Ausat.
They said that the Sunday conference will be a conference of unity of Ummah and it will help bring stability for Pakistan that is the theme of this conference.
They said that the Sunday Conference would help eradicate terrorism, sectarianism, extremism and lawlessness in the country.
They said that the participants of the conference would renew their pledge that Pakistan must get rid of U.S. imperialistic influence.
They said that U.S. and its agents were perturbed and disturbed due to holding of the conference of peace, unity and sanity because they don’t want unity and peace in Pakistan.
The MWM leaders said that arrangements were made for more than 200,000 people. They said that 30,000 chairs were kept in Nishtar Park. Sitting arrangements were also made in streets and lanes around the Nishtar Park. They said 3,000 religious scholars, zakirs, poets, noha khwans and notables were invited. All have assured their participation. They said that more than 400 families of the Shia martyrs were invited. Families of Sunni and Christian martyrs of Ashura and Chehlum were also invited. Apart from police and rangers, over 2,000 scouts, razakars and MWM’s volunteers would also shoulder their responsibilities.
They said that people of Sindh are peace loving and want a peaceful living environment and for that they would leave no stone unturned.
MWM leaders condemned the murders of Shia lawyer Salahuddin Jafri and his son Ali Raza Jafri who was also a lawyer. They said that had government and independent judiciary given capital punishment to the terrorists, thousands of mothers would not have lost their children and near and dear ones.
They vowed that children of founders of Pakistan were never afraid of anything in the past nor they would be scared in future. They said their ancestors helped established Pakistan and they would defend Pakistan.
They asked journalists to cooperate with the Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal in this noble and just cause.
