Four terrorists killed in an encounter with CTD police in Peshawar, according to The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD).

The KP CTD officials said Tuesday CTD cops killed four terrorists during a successful operation after both sides exchanged fire.

They said the terrorists were hiding in a house in the city’s Ghaziabad area where they conducted raid.

The terrorists opened fire on CTD personnel during the raid on the house that evoked instant response from the CTD team. Resultantly, four terrorists lost their lives.

Cops from CTD seized four Kalashnikovs, six grenades and hundreds of rounds of ammunition from there.
Meanwhile, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Inspector General (IG) Sanaullah Abbasi stated that security operations against terrorists will continue.

Furthermore, he vowed to ensure public safety.
He said police have made significant gains against militants in this regard.
