MWM KP calls for resolving land issues of Balishkhel and Kotli Imam Hussain without any delay.

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chapter’s Allama Waheed Kazmi warned of grave situation due to these two land issues.

While citing Balishkhel Parachinar land issue, he lamented land grabbers continue to occupy the land illegally but government takes no action.

He alerted if the illegal occupation of land continues, it might engender bloody clashes and confrontation. Hence, he called for resolving the issue for the sake of peace in that region.

Similarly, he also commented on Kotli Imam Hussain land in Dera Ismail Khan.

He said they have drawn attention o federal and provincial govts to these issues and Bangash area’s land dispute.

MWM leader emphasised the need to transfer of the aforesaid land to the rightful owners.

Earlier, this year, Allama Waheed Kazmi said that MWM would support the rightful stance of Turi leaders and scholars.

He further emphasised that government need to do justice in this case.

The rightful owner should get his rightful share of land in Balishkel, he said.

Meanwhile, Tehrik-e-Hussaini (Parachinar) President Maulana Yousuf Hussaini also said that Balishkhel Turi tribe land issue still remains unresolved; therefore, government must ensure that land should be returned to its legitimate owners.

He said that religiously, he believes land grabbing and squatting not allowed in Islamic laws; hence, he demands Shia Muslim Turi tribe should have right to their land like other citizens.

DIK Shia Kotli Imam Hussain land

Shia Islamic parties and scholars have also demanded settlement of the DIK Shia Kotli Imam Hussain land issue, time and again.

Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-e-Shia Waqf Kotli Imam Hussain and Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen urged he PTI-led government’s minister Ali Amin Gandapur to honour his promise.

Gandapur assured them of transfer of 327 kanal and 9 marla land of Kotli Imam Hussain in Dera Ismail Khan.

Shia leaders turned down boundaries wall on merely 119 kanal land of Kotli Imam Hussain (AS) and said those supporting that cannot be called friends of Shia Muslims.
