Punjab Assembly adopts resolution

Provincial legislature unanimously adopted the resolution asking the federal government to formally talk to Saudi regime in this regard.

Importantly, it asked Pakistan government to use its diplomatic influence and channel with Saudi government for taking steps regarding construction of the holy shrine.

It demanded construction of shrine of Hazrat Bibi Fatima Zahra (AS), the beloved daughter of Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH).

Adoption of that resolution unanimously shows the depth of respect and adoration for Ahle Bayt of Prophet Mohammad (BUH)) which Pakistani nation have for them.

Notably, Pakistani nation adores and revere Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), Bibi Fatima Zahra, Maula Ali (AS) and Imam Hassan and Imam Hussain (PBUT).

Punjab legislature represent Pakistani nation’s reverence for Ahle Bayt (PBUT).

Since long, Pakistanis have been demanding restoration of the entire Jannatul Baqi graveyard to its pre-demolition position.

Jannatul Baqi graveyard in Madinah houses the ruined graves of four Imams from Ahle Bayt, wives of Hazrat Mohammad, uncle Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib and companions of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH).

When King Ibn Saud waged war on the custodian of holy shrines of Makkah and Madinah known as Sharif, he was following Wahhabism of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Wahhab Nejdi.

Under that Wahhabis intolerant fanatic doctrine, they demolished shrines and reduced tombs and graves to sands. Since then, even the graves remain ruined and dilapidated with only a stone to show them like grave.
