Allama Shahenshah Naqvi tested negative for Coronavirus although rumormongers had disseminated fake news regarding his health condition.

The spokesman for prominent Shia Islamic scholar clarified that Allama Shahenshah Naqvi and the entire family are healthy.

He said that Allama Syed Shahenshah Naqvi had got test report which also made clear that Coronavirus had not infected him.

Prior to the release of aforesaid negative test report, Allama Naqvi had undergone self-quarantine in accordance with the SOPs. His family also took precautionary measures.

But rumormongers misled people through fake news as though the deadly virus had infected him took.

Shia Islamic parties’ leaders and scholars, including Allama Shahenshah have been cooperating with the government and health department on the issue of Covid19 (coronavirus).

They have played practical role in ensuring implementation of the SOPs regarding the Coronavirus.

Earlier, Allama Raja Nasir asked people to take Covid19 related SOPs seriously and behave like a responsible human being.

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan secretary general Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari expressed concern over lack of seriousness on the issue.

He alerted that irresponsible attitude towards SOPs despite over 90,000 Coronavirus cases in Pakistan pose threat to the entire 220 million compatriots.

While declaring the government’s alert and warning as inadequate, he also urged government to take stern action on violation of SOPs.

The MWM leader said that common man doesn’t grasp profundity of threat which the deadly Coronavirus pandemic poses to them.

Hence, he called for more stiffened government policy to deal with the challenge.
