Shia Muslims commemorate Gilgit Massacre
After hate speeches, they formed groups of rioters that stormed four districts of Gilgit-Baltistan province.
They perpetrated massacre of Shias in Shat Nala, Bat Kor, Jalalabad, Boonji, Sui Jaglot, Sher Qila, Huper Shakyoot, Sukwar and Manawar.
In Jalalabad alone, they brutally murdered more than 50 innocent Shia Muslims and incinerated 1230 houses.
Those takfiri terrorists also set 24 Shia Islamic mosques on fire. They destroyed 4 Imam Bargahs and also burnt more than 2000 copies of Holy Quran.
Ferocious terrorists inhumanely brunt, tortured and mutilated bodies of the martyrs.
The terrorists and the rioters had to retreat after a stiff resistance from Ali Sher Anchan tribe.
Due to U.S.-Saudi nexus, Pakistan and Afghanistan suffered the most at the hands of those terrorists who originated from so-called Afghan jihad.
The CIA and Saudis recruited, funded and trained those terrorists that later took the shape of Al-Qaida, Taliban, Sipah Sahaba (ASWJ) or Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, etc.
And all it began during the regime of military dictator Gen Ziaul Haq who had usurped power through dislodging a democratically elected government in Pakistan.
United Stated fully supported Gen Ziaul Haq and patronized extremism and terrorism in Pakistan.
People of Gilgit had raised slogans Down with US when the then-U.S. ambassador had visited the area.
Hence, he dictated the U.S. stooge General Zia to teach a lesson to the Shia Muslims.
