Both leaders issued messages on 15th Ramazan separately.
Shia Ulema Council founder leader Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi cited that Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) had declared his grandson Hassan leader of his followers (Ummah).
He further referred that Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) had also declared him the architect of reconciliation among Ummah.
Meanwhile, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari said that Imam Hassan (AS) safeguarded Islam.
He said Islam remained dearest to Imam Hassan and he sacrificed everything for the sake of supremacy of Islamic interest.
Shia Muslims celebrated birth anniversary of Imam Hassan today on Ramazan 15th.
However, they paid homage and tributes to the second infallible Imam of Shia Islam by observing Coronavirus related preventive measures.
Celebrations also held through online events where Shia Islamic scholars highlighted numerous aspects of the sacred life of Imam Hassan (AS).
Poets and eulogists also presented poetry regarding Imam Hassan (AS).
Imam Hassan (peace be upon him) was the son of Bibi Fatima Zahra (AS) and Amir al Maumineen Imam Ali (AS). He was grandson of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), prophet of Islam and Humanity and brother of Imam Hussain (AS).
The last apostle of God and Prophet of Islam and Humanity Hazrat Mohammad (SAWW) had declared (Imam) Hassan and (Imam) Hussain (PBUT) leaders of youth in paradise.
Similarly, he declared Bibi Fatima (PBUH) the leader of women in heavens.
Likewise, Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) declared Hazrat Ali (PBUH) the Maula (master or guardian) like himself for his followers.
Due to these Godly declarations, Muslims revere these figures as sacred members of Ahl-e-Bait (or House of Prophethood).
Those who declared their allegiance to Maula Ali as their first leader (Imam) after Hazrat Mohammad (BUH)’s passing away were called Shia Muslims.
