Allama Sajid Naqvi highlights 12th Ramazan historic Brotherhood Day while citing why this day declared Brotherhood Day.
Shia Ulema Council (SUC) Pakistan leader said that Hazrat Mohammad (BUH), the last apostle of God and Prophet of Islam and Humanity, established formal brotherly relations between Mohajir (migrants from Makkah) and Ansar (residents of Madinah).

On this day, when Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) asked all those present on the occasion to choose them as their brothers.
Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi further said that Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) declared Hazrat Ali (PBUH) as his brother.
While narrating the historical background of this day, veteran Shia Islamic scholar said that Pakistan also needs brotherhood of its people.
SUC founder leader urged Pakistani nation to renew their pledge for unity and fraternity on this historic Brotherhood Day.
Furthermore, he said people may get rid of all sins and impurities by following the right path which Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) had guided and led to.
He said people may turn to the Godly guidance and succeed in this temporal world an hereafter if they benefit from the sacred month of Ramzan in letter ans spirit.
