Martyrdom anniversary of Dr Mohammad Ali Naqvi

Speakers at a seminar on “Thoughts of Martyrs” said that Dr Mohammad Ali Naqvi was inspired by Allama Arif Hussaini who himself adored Imam Khomeini.
They said that both Mr. Hussaini and Mr. Naqvi were true lovers and followers of guardianship of Islamic Jurisprudent (Wilayat al Faqih).
The seminar was held on 17th anniversary of martyr Dr Mohammad Ali Naqvi at Ali Raza Abad. Religious scholars, intellectuals, students, youths, former presidents and officials of the ISO, and families of the martyrs attended the seminar to pay rich tributes to the great martyr Dr Naqvi.
The programme was started after Imamia Scouts paraded at his grave in same area. Those who spoke at the seminar were: Allama Abdul Khaliq Asadi, Allama Shabbir Bukhari, Allama Ghulam Abbas Raeesi, Syed Ali Raza Naqvi, Syed Nasir Abbas Sheerazi, Syed Aijaz Ali Shah, Syed Amjad Kazmi and known poet Zawwar Bismil and more senior brothers and scholars.
They said that Dr Mohammad Ali Naqvi was a role model for youths of Pakistan. He made great sacrifices and served Pakistan and Pakistani nation in the field of education and awareness. Pakistan nation should take pride in having persons such as martyrs Dr Naqvi.

Allama Asadi disclosed that he was Dr Naqvi who played leading role to make Millat united and prepare millat for great struggle for legitimate rights. He said Dr Naqvi created awareness among Pakistani nation about U.S.-led world imperialism and his slogan “Down with America” became a popular slogan among a vast majority of Pakistani nation. He lifted a life size banner of protest against the visit of then U.S. President.

He said in light of thoughts of martyr Naqvi we can say that solution to miseries lie in unity of millat. He said that hypocrite enemy killed Dr Naqvi because he was main character behind unity of Millat and his martyrdom made millat and youth orphans. He said it was great loss since the martyrdom of Allama Arif Hussaini.
Numerous stalls were setup on the anniversary. A blood bank has also been established to continue his mission.
