Allama Mirza Yousuf named in false case
But Nazimabad police registered an FIR against Allama Mirza Yousuf Hussain, his son and others.
Biased police falsely accused them of violating section 144 although they had not violated the law.
Allama Mirza Yusuf was having bed rest for more than a month due to fracture but police named him in FIR.
That compelled him to go to police station to offer arrest but police refused to arrest him.
Unfortunately, the biased police cops targeted veteran Shia scholar despite their all out support for precautionary measures against COVID-19 spread.
But they took no action against Sunni Bralevi Mufti Munibur Rehman who led Friday prayers while other Sunni and Shias scholars suspended all sorts of congregations.
