Jubilant Parachinar celebrates birth anniversary of Imam Ali in a befitting manner.

People of Shia majority Parachinar area largely attended the celebrations on 12th and 13th Rajab.

Jubilant Parachinar celebrates birth anniversary

Parachinar joined the rest of Pakistan in celebrations on the birth anniversary of Maula Ali.

People from the entire district Kurrum and especially Parachinar participated in the celebrations at Markazi Jamey Masjid and Imam Bargah.

Allama Shakir Hussain and Allama Khayal Danish and other scholars spoke on the occasion.

They cited historical facts on the sacred life of Maula ali (AS).

Allama Khayal Danish referted to Mosnad Ahmed Ibn Hanbal on the best qualities of Hazrat Ali (AS).

Aforesaid speakers lauded the unmatched leading role of the commander of faithful for Islam, Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) and oppressed humanity.

Almost all major Shia Islamic parties and anjumans organized events.

Pakistan-wide celebrations

Meanwhile, the entire Pakistan celebrated birth anniversary of Imam Ali with fervor and reverence.

Mammoth events held to mark the celebrations. Mosques and Imam Bargahs and Shia majority areas witness extraordinary illumination and colorful decoration.

Notably, celebrations began soon after Isha prayers on 8th March which continued till 9th March.

His followers and adorers celebrate the birth anniversary of Amir al Maumineen on 13th Rajab according to Islamic lunar calendar.

Celebrations held from Islamabad to Karachi, from Lahore to Peshawar and Parachinar, from Quetta to Sukkur, from Rawalpindi to Thatta and from Hyderabad to Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
