Allama Sajid Naqvi demands probe of mysterious deaths in Karachi for which people blame gas leakage or imported soybean dust.

Shia Ulema Council leader also condemned terror attacks in some parts of the country and expressed grief over deaths.

He said Karachi is commercial capital of Pakistan. He said that deaths of 14 people in Karachi saddened the entire Pakistan.

Allama Sajid Naqvi demands

Allama Sajid urged the government to conduct the highest-level inquiry to ascertain the real causes.

He said that such incidents may make bad impacts on commercial activities in Karachi.

Meanwhile, he said that terrorists were targeting police. He noted terror blasts near police vehicles in Quetta and elsewhere with concern.

He said that terrorists were trying to destroy peace hence government needs to take serious steps to eliminate them.
