MWM observes protest day against blasphemous attack on Tyraan Wali Imam Bargah
Supporters of leading Shia party Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen observed Friday as a day of protest against the blasphemous attack on Tyraan Wali Imam Bargah Rawalpindi where Quran and Alam were burnt, custodian burnt alive and by takfiri terrorists of banned outfit.
Allama Mukhtar Imami, Maulana Ali Anwar, Mohammad Hussain Jafari, Abbas Mughniyah and Ali Hussain Naqvi spoke to the protestors at the demonstrations staged outside Jamey Masjid Shah Faisal Colony, Jamey Masjid Aza Khana-e-Sughra (AS) Korangi, Jamey Masjid Haideri Orangi Town and at other places after Friday prayers.
They condemned the Punjab government for failure to protect Shia Islamic sanctities and Shia Muslims against the takfiri attacks. They reiterated their stance that Punjab government was involved in the killing of Mufti Amanullah whom his own party’s comrades killed like Shams ur Rehman Muavia lost life at the hands of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi’s terrorists in Lahore. They said that Rana Sanaullah and Rana Mashood of the PMLN were also allies of the banned terrorist group.
They demanded withdrawal of false case against Allama Amin Shaheedi, deputy secretary general of the MWM. They said that in the cover of protest against Mufti Amanullah’s killing, banned takfiri outfit’s terrorists attacked Tyraan Wali Imam Bargah setting that on fire. They said that terrorists burnt Quran and Alam and also burnt custodian of Imam Bargah alive. They demanded that both cases should be registered against Punjab’s chief minister Shahbaz Sharif, minister Rana Mashood and DCO Sajid Munir.
