Iran Navy chief visits Pakistan Navy bases in Karachi during his to Pakistan.

Rear Admiral Hossein Khanzadi visited naval installations and bases in Karachi to observe their operational capabilities.

On his second day of an official visit to Pakistan, the he visited technical colleges of the navy.

Senior Pakistani naval commanders and officials received Rear Admiral Hossein Khanzadi in Karachi.
On the occasion, Consul General of Iran in Karachi Ahmad Mohammadi also accompanied them.

Iran commander at Jinnah mausoleum

Meanwhile, Iranian navy commander paid a visit to the mausoleum of the founder of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

He laid a wreath at Jinnah’s tomb. He also wrote his thoughts about Jinnah in the notebook placed at the mausoleum.

Later, Iranian naval delegation visited Pakistani Navy Engineering College (PNEC), also called PNS Jauhar, naval university and Port Qasim naval base.

Mr. Khanzadi also held meetings with commanders of Pakistan’s navy college, Pakistan coastal guards and navy shipyard.

Furthermore, he discussed ways to enhance cooperation between Iran and Pakistan in the maritime sector.

Iranian naval chief had arrived in Pakistan Monday. He began his visit with a meeting with his Pakistani counterpart Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi in Islamabad.

During the meeting, they discussed matters of mutual interests and naval collaboration between the two brotherly and friendly neighbouring countries.
