Allama Sajid Naqvi announces celebrations on Unity of Muslim Week from Rabi ul Awwal 12 to 17
According to information secretary of Shia Ulema Council (SUC) of Pakistan, Allama Sajid Naqvi has appealed to the Muslims to hold joint programmes to commemorate the Unity of Muslims Week in all over Pakistan and in Azad Kashmir.
He appealed that birth anniversaries of Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (S.A.W.W.), the last apostle/holy Prophet of Allah Almighty and of Imam Jafar –e-Sadiq (A.S.) are the best occasions to hold unity week or Haftah-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen.
The Unity of Muslims Week is celebrated from Rabi ul Awwal 12 to 17 in almost all over the Muslim world on a call from Imam Khomeini and Imam Khamenei. Allama Sajid Naqvi said that Muslim Ummah is one and united Ummah and observance of a week helps establishing and strengthening the brotherly relations of Muslim Ummah.
He said that conferences, seminars and congregations of Hamd and Naat should be held in the Unity Week. He said that Pakistani Muslims are united and a handful of enemies of Islam cannot break this unity. He said that despite conspiracies, inter-sectarian fraternity prevails. He vowed that his Council (SUC) played a major role in establishing this unity, brotherly relations and fraternity.
