Countrywide rallies, sit-in, express solidarity with Revolution March
Supporters of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen expanded their solidarity with the Islamabad Revolution March by holding rallies and sit-in from Gilgit-Baltistan to Balochistan.
Member and the supporters of the MWM, Sunni Ittehad Council and Tehrik-e-Minhaj ul Quran sat at Square Chowrangi on Karakoram Highway. Due to sit-in, the Gilgit-Rawalpindi section was closed.
Qurban Shah led supporters who staged a sit-in on main RCD Highway that connects Balochistan with Quetta and Karachi. Niaz Shah led a rally of MWM supporters in Sohbat Pur. Allama Maqsood Domki of the MWM spoke at a rally in Lasbela district of Balochistan Province. Their rallies and sit-in were staged on a call from Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari.
These protestors said that Nawaz Sharif was elected by electoral frauds and he advanced the illegitimate interests of his masters and allies. They said that his inaction emboldened Yazidi takfiri Taliban terrorists and its allies in Pakistan.
