Youm e Hussain held at Quaid e Azam University Islamabad under the aegis of ISO Rawalpindi Division.

Notably, Imamia Students Organisation (ISO) organises Youm-e-Hussain in commemoration of Imam Hussain-led Martyrs of Karbala. The ISO hosts such events at educational institutes.

Specially, such programmes also strengthen Sunni-Shia Islamic unity on one hand and interfaith harmony with non-Muslims on the other.

Moreover, Sunni scholar Mufti Gulzar Naeemi, Shia scholar Allama Syed Shahenshah Naqvi and ISO Pakistan president Qasim Shamsi addressed the event.

A large number of students of Quaid-e-Azam University and their pedagogues attended Youm-e-Hussain.

Meanwhile, the speakers paid homage to Imam Hussain and his loyal comrades for challenging the tyranny of Umayyad dynastic despot Yazid.

Furthermore, they underlined the battle of Karbala a lasting war on tyranny, despotism and oppression.

Moreover, they urged students to learn lesson of battle of Karbala and ideology of Imam Hussain.

Particularly, they declared Imam Hussain and Karbala an alma matter for oppressed humanity around the world.

ISO Pakistan Youm-e-Hussain

Notably, Imamia Students Organisation (ISO) has organised Youm-e-Hussain or Hussain Day in Karachi, Lahore and Multan. Latest reports had it they also organised the Day in Parachinar.

Particularly, teachers, Sunni and Shia Islamic scholars and students largely participated there.

Meanwhile, eminent scholars such as Allama Amin Shaheedi, Allama Syed Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi and Allama Kazim Naqvi spoke.

Imam Hussain remains symbol of unity

Despite spread of banned outfits’ hatemongering sectarian takfiri ideology, Pakistanis continue to mark unity.

Specially, they emphasise inter-sectarian Sunni-Shia unity of Islamic schools of thought.

Similarly, they also demonstrate their love for humanity irrespective of sect and religion.

According to ISO Baltistan , they also hosted the event where Allama Agha Ali Rizvi spoke and paid tributes to Imam Hussain.
