Allama Arif Wahidi says OIC dead horse against Zionist aggression on Gaza

Allama Arif Wahidi, secretary general of Shia Ulema Council, has said that Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) has been a dead horse because this organisation took no action to punish the illegitimate state of Israel.

“Arab monarchs and their allied rulers are least interested in liberation of al-Quds and OIC is a dead horse hence there is a need to establish a new representative body to defend Islamic cause,” he said.

The SUC official said that a hurriedly called meeting of the council was held where Allama Sajid Naqvi presided. The meeting decided to stage a protest rally outside the country office of United Nations in Islamabad.

The meeting condemned the Zionist aggression on Gaza and stressed on the need to help besieged Palestinians of Gaza forthwith.
