Global Ali Asghar Day observed across Pakistan as well

Shia Muslims observed Aalami Youm-e-Ali Asghar or Global Ali Asghar Day all over Pakistan like other parts of the world.  Shias devote first Friday of Moharram to the 6-month-old son of Imam Hussain (AS) who also embraced martyrdom in Karbala.

Notably, the Umayyad army’s ferocious arrow-thrower Hurmulah assassinated the youngest son of Imam Hussain.

His three-sharpened- point arrow pierced into neck of Hazrat Ali Asghar (AS).

Most importantly, Imam Hussain (AS) showed the infant to seek water to quench thirst of Ali Asghar (AS).

In commemoration of that matchless martyrdom of Hazrat Ali Asghar, Shia mothers bring their infants to Imam Bargahs.

There, they wear green clothes and a green headband inscribed with: “O! Ali Asghar.”

Particularly, Shia Muslims observe sacred mourn or azadari against those brutalities that led to epoch-making martyrdoms of great martyrs of Islam and humanity.

And in this regard, they also observe Global Ali Asghar Day from in every city across Pakistan like everywhere around the world wherever they reside.

Furthermore, mothers were seen crying commemorating the brutalities of Umayyad army against the family of Prophet of Islam in Karbala. They observed Youm-e-Ali Asghar with great reverence for Imam Hussain’s infant.
